WINDOW CLEANING
HOW IT WORKS
We use the water fed pole method to clean windows because it is the modern and safest way to clean windows. We come with our own water which is purified, meaning there is no sediment, carbon, minerals or dissolved solids in the water that leave residual water marks, resulting in a crystal clear, perfect finish.
Window cleaning is most commonly scheduled every 6 weeks. But we also offer a 12 weekly cycle. All cleans include cleaning of the frames, sills, glass and the doors, completed with a thorough rinse off with the purified water. If you are ever unsatisfied with a clean, our work is guaranteed, and affected windows will be redone free of additional charge.
Step 1: Enquire
Complete the Sign Up Form on our website. We will then send you a welcome text message to confirm the price of your window cleaning and arrange your first session! We will be happy to answer any questions you have at this stage.
Step 2: We text you before each clean
We will text you around 7pm the day before each clean is due so you know we're coming, and again on the morning of the clean as a reminder to leave your house that day with the windows closed and the back gate unlocked.
Step 3: We clean your windows!
We use our reach and wash system using our own purified water so that your windows dry naturally without leaving any residual water marks for a crystal clear, streak free finish. This includes cleaning the frames, sills, glass and the front door!
Step 4: Payment
After your clean is complete you can pay either in cash or card whilst we are there. But we are asking for all new customers to sign up to our direct debit service. Payments will be collected in 3 - 5 working days, at the agreed amount, and only after a clean has been complete.
Step 5: Repeat
6 or 12 weeks later, depending on what you sign up for, the cycle begins again from step 2 of this guide.
